Python Shoutcast/Icecast audio stream ripper script

i wrote a little stream ripper in python, to catch Shoutcast/Icecast audio streams to disk.
Hope someone will consider it useful to implement in their software or any other purpose:

Exactly what I've been looking for, well almost. It doesn't seem to like aac streams.

Any thoughts?
