Has anyone used this before? http://www.reviewboard.org/
I'm using it at work, and it seems awesome.

We use SVN at work (unhappily) but it can work with Git too. Probably whatever you want, but I only cared about Git and found out about it through work. I was trying to get it working with Github the other day for writing the new forum in Python, but I might have to use it with my own git server or at least a proxy for Github.
