well Rockstar and Bethesda sound good.
my opinion about EA and Blizzard they can go die off some where.
They are 2 money hunger companies for me.
They're new games are sub par.
Blizzard Diablo 3 is a joke.
Blizzard allowing bots on battlenet.
EA Sim Cities online problems.
Internet connection require to play single player mode.

Personal I like to see a companies that makes unique games for linux.
Linux: won't find windows here.
Linux: the choice of a GNU generation.

EA has pissed me off a lot, especially with that Origin crap to try to mimic Steam. So now i just buy battlefield's on xbox because i dont want to deal with origin at all.

But it would still be cool if all games soon had windows and linux logos on it

Because of this, if I could take back my purchase of Diablo III, I absolutely would. And I will never buy an Xbox One. So yeah, the only reason I would like to see Blizzard and EA bring their POS software to Linux is so that we can all laugh at them for wasting their time preparing it. Kinda like AIM for Linux (at the time I found out about it, it has a whopping 0 downloads).

i really only use xbox because all the people i play with online (frends, family) use xbox. I am a hard core gamer, so i would need either xbox or play station, (at least so far)

As a GNU philosopher, personally I wouldn't like it and I wouldn't buy it if they had for Linux, source would be completely closed and probably a lot of nasty stuff in the back, though I did sign this petition because of other Linux users.

Cheers.

im all for open source. I only use windows to play games on, and it would be nice to just be able to delete windows and be 100% on linux. Which would require big game developers to port their games to linux.

not everyone has so little ram on their linux. For example: My linux machine has 14GB of ram, originally 8GB, but switched out one of the 2GB ram chips for an 8GB chip, giving a total of 14GB ram. That is only like that because i game on linux.

There should be a petition to RiotGames too (if anyone knows about one i'll sign it), with a game the size of League of Legends it's weird they still haven't ported it or at least hinted a future release.

Steam has been on linux for the past year or two at this point. Not all the games on it however, are available for linux. There are a lot of games, but i try to buy ones that are available for linux since i am on linux 99% of the time.

More and more games though are becoming available to linux though.
