i've dwnloaded the pygame 1.9.2 for 3.3 version of python as use python 3.4, but ive hit a snag...
pygame has instead of dwnloading files to C: drive had downloaded to D: drive...is there a way of transferring the files over? as when i try to gain access via command prompt/exe or other i'm denied access.

Try opening the command prompt with admin privileges. Or just copy/paste it to C drive, or download it to c drive to begin with.
