Simple Boto Scripts to Interact with Amazon AWS

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to create some simple library scripts to interact with Amazon AWS via Boto. As an example, this would allow me to to use this code:

To send controls via command line like this:
python ses.py -t TO_ADDRESS -f FROM_ADDRESS -b BODY -s SUBJECT

I'm on a bit of shoestring budget for this project. Payment via Paypal and communication via Skype / Gtalk. You can do as much or as little as what suits you.
